February 2010 - Alan & Joyce, Manchester
I want to say that Joyce and myself, thoroughly enjoyed staying in your apartment for three weeks in February. With the two balconies, we enjoyed the sun all day. The lazy days around the pool were sublime, the whole complex was a pleasure to walk around and the oranges on the fruit trees(free to pick for staying guests) were delicious. The apartment is exceptional, a real credit to you and Tony, the service you give is without fault. Being in Pathos it is ideally situated to explore the rest of the island. There are many and varied restaurants within easy strolling distance, and the sea front walks are a shear delight. Thank you both for letting us have a holiday to remember.

March 2010 - Andy & Pippa Williams                                                                                                                We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which is well equiped and very comfortable.  The sky tv is a real bonus for those quiet nights in.  I do recognise that individual tastes do vary so our recommendations may not be in harmony with others. We came to Cyprus to escape the cold dismal winter weather in the UK and to experience the Cypriot way of life and to taste etnic foods, so it was out with the full english breakfast, roast Sunday lunch and other fast food outlets and in with the traditional kebabs, mezes, fresh fish and local dishes. If you're visiting the Baths of Aphrodite (free entrance) near Latchi do call in for a snack / meal at the Sea Fare Restaurant overlooking the Harbour.  A "must see" is Paphos Harbour where there are a large choise of Restaurants.  Try the Pelican, one of the original restaurants by the water, where you can have coffee, beer, snack or meal - all reasonably priced.  We did have lunch at th Poseidonas, al little further along from the pelican, but it was an expensive meal for what we had - €8 for 4 mussells!  We never returned.  For a well presented snack, toasted sandwich €4.95, go to the Bistro (nr mcdonalds) on the front in Paphos.  We enjoyed a visit to Steni (just south of Polis), it has been voted the best village in the Paphos region.  Whilst there, visit the Steni Museum of village life.  And finally, we must not forget our "local" The Karlina, just a short walk from the apartment opposite the entrance to Tomb of the Kings.  Andreas owns the resturant and you can be assured of a warm welcom by him and his staff.  Say hello to Luigi!  We enjoyed snacks, meals and of course many night caps - all reasonable priced.   Enjoy your stay!

April 2010 - Sarah Jordon & Steve Smith                                                                                                          We started our holiday with a trip to the supermarket pointed out on the maps in the apartment - very cheap.  Malibu €5 - could'nt beleive my luck, so stock up here for food and drinks fro the apartment, picnics by the pool or on the beach.  On our first day we walked down to the harbour, which is a good walk but you easily get formalised with your surroundings.  We had dinner by the harbour after a trip on the super fast crusader at The Pelican, which was lovely, you have to try the kebabs.  We later found that if you carry on walking up past the fort there is a lovely costal walk, which we recommend - the views are lovely.  On Saturday night, we went to Oneils, which had quite a good band on - a nice relaxed pub.  Before we came to Cyprus we had a look at Trip Advisor to guide us on places to visit.  One was Mothers Restaurant.  This was put as the best on the Island and from the lovely surroundings, to the hospitality it really was.  We ate here a lot and if you like lamb, then you have to try Kleftiko - the best ever.  The bloke who owns it has a very old fashioned outlook and cooks his daily specials in the clay oven (tuesdays was kleftiko).  It is on the left hand side of the road leading to the port, its off the main street but dont be alarmed, it is the best.  If I were you, I would'nt bother with the Cyprus Tour Bus, especially if you have hired a car.  I would just look at the leaflet and find the places for yourself - it really was not for us.  Make sure you go to "Tea for Two", we went in for homemade scones - it was the best and the tea was good too.  The icecream shop over the road was also excellent, try the swiss chocolate ice-cream - Yum Yum!  :-)

May / June 2010 - Olivia Cross & RobertTaylor                                                                                                      Thanks to Tony & June for a lovely holiday in their beautiful apartment.  everything was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and the apartment is well equiped with everything we needed and more.  For us inparticular the sky tv was a massive bonus - it was lovely to sit down with a glass of wine in the evening and watch a good film of film 4!             There are a few places in the area which we would recommend.  We hired a car for a couple of days and visited Coral Bay - a gorgeous beach, with clean white sand & clear blue sea!  Its was lovely!  Also, we absolutely loved the local waterpark "Aphrodite Water Park".  We liked it so much, we went there twice!  It had lots of fun water slides and relaxing pods - it was a nice place to cool down on a very hot day!                                                                         As regards to food and drink, we enjoyed a meal & drinks at the local "Karlina's" - opposite the Tomb of the Kings.  The owner and staff were always so nice and welcoming.  Our favourite restaurant had to be Chinese & Thai restaurant "Phukhet" - about a 10 minute walk from the apartment - opposite the traffic lights.  The service and the food were excellent.

June 2010 - Mike, Aud, Barbara & Amber

Our stay at Paphos was brilliant and started perfectly with a meet & greet at the airport from Tony, which we would recommend because it was a very personal journey, which Tony did very well.  The apartment has everything in it and is very clean and lovely, its like home from home.  Teh location is perfect, in the middle of the harbour and Coral Bay beach, which is a great day out.  We found that the people of Paphos were very friendly and could'nt do enough for you.  We ate out every night and did'nt have one bad meal particularly good was "Tea for two" and "Karlina's", the food was lovely and the staff were brilliant.  Finaly, thankyou to Tony and June for providing us lovely accomodation in a lovely location and we will definately be coming back and would recommend it to anybody that is coming to Paphos.

June 2010 - Lisa Scott & Ross Wilson

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it was really lovely and clean and the sky tv was a lifesaver.  Every day we enjoyed a full english breakfast at Karlina's.  We also enjoyed a couple of evening meals there from the set menu which was lovely and a bargain.  The place we recommend for a gorgeous evening meal has to be "Mothers" restaurant, which is on the left hand side before you reach the harbour.  It was the best food we had on our holiday and we could'nt beleive the price €51 for a 3 course meal each and a large caraf of wine.  Best steaks ever and the owner is lovely too.  At night, we went along Bar Street, many bars were giving 2 drinks for the price of 1 and free shots, which was good.  We could'nt go every night due to the measures of spirits getting us rather drunk, so other nights we just chilled out in quieter bars and even came home early as we had sky tv.  Definately coming back, we love it.

July 2010 - Maria & Graham Bancroft

We have both enjoyed our stay in Paphos and had a lovely holiday in your apartment. We used the pool a few times but mainly jumped on the No 10 bus up to Coral Bay beach.  Beautiful up there and food and drinks are bought to you while you sunbath.  We have eaten at Karlina's at the bottom of the road a few times, beautiful food and the nicest staff we have ever met. Called in there every night for a night cap.  Raffles was our favourite eating place, but saying that you can't go wrong with Tea For Two, huge portions.  The Indina Restaurant just past O'Neils was lovely.  On the whole, good value for money everywhere.  We will come back again to Paphos later in the year as there is so much to see and could'nt fit it all in.

July 2020 - Macolm, Alison & Rebecca Sturrock

Our holiday started with Tony and June meeting us at the airport & showing us where everything was in the apartment.  Apartment is lovely, with everything that is needed for our stay.  Had lovely relaxing days round the pool.  Coral Bay beach was also lovely.  We ate a few times at Karlins's, just 5 minutes walk away from the apartment.  Enjoyed a lovely 2 hour trip on the glas bottom boat and the crew were very friendly & we stopped to have a swim in one of the bays.  Have had a great 2 week stay & would recommend it as a place to stay.

August 2010 - Lydia & Tom Hibell

Have had a lovely holiday here in Paphos and the apartment has been the perfect place to stay.  Have enjoyed some lovely relaxing days at Coral Bay Beach.  Highly recommended and definately the best beacj we have found during our explorations of the island.  Also highy recommend hiring a car and doing a bit of exploring up the Troodos mountains, the views are spectacular.  Have eaten at Karlina's a few time. Had good food & lovely staff.  Fat Mamas also worth a visit,b ut would highly recommend San Mariono especially if you fancy sampling the traditional Cypriot Food.  Teh staff were very friendly & made some nice recommendations & the food was fabulous.  We went there a number of times.  Thanks to Tonmy and June for providing us with lovely accommodation, have really enjoyed our time here.

October 2010 - Sirpa, Yuono, Sinna & Eeli Pirinen

We had a great holiday.  Location of the apartment is perfect and near to everything.  It was  peaceful and nice.  Weather was great all the time and sun shining every day.  We visited the waterpark and many times Coral Beach.  Fruit market in Upper Paphos was great and we went often to buy fresh fruit.  Everything was great and we would like to come back.
