Kings gardens is a developement of 3 blocks of apartments set in a private complex in a private road.

This is a brand new apartment, which was completed in July 2008 and furnished to a very high spec. 

Kings gardens is situated next to the popular tourist area of Tomb of the Kings Road.  It is 300 metres walk to the sea front, 300 metres walk to many bars, shops and restaurants and approximately 500metres to the busy municipal market and the old town of Paphos with its traditional little streets, which are full of shops.

There are superb landscaped garden areas as well as private parking, snack bar, coffee shop, gym and communal roof top swimming pool as well as a swimming pool at ground floor level.  Maintenance staff are provided to look after these facilites.

With Lifts and ramps throughout the complex, this apartment is also disabled friendly.

This apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

The lounge area contains a comfortable double sofa bed, which enables the apartment to sleep up to 4 people.  C.D player, c.d's, terrestrial and sky tv is also available with over 100 channels to include British, so there is no reason to miss your favourite soaps whilst sunning yourself. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and hob, washing machine,  fridge, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery needed. An iron and ironing board are available  for use by guests.

The bathroom has a large spacious shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet.

Venus Beech, 300 metres

Paphos town center is just a short stroll away. Paphos international airport is a 15 - 20 minutes drive away and a taxi will cost approximately 30 euro (each way - depending on time of day & company used).

Our maintenace service run a meet and greet service available on your arrival and departure via the property key holder.  Cost for this is also 30€ (each way), which you will be responsible to pay to the driver.  This is a better option than a local taxi as their fares can vary.  Our meet and greet service will also hand over the property keys, provide the maid services and show you around the apartment.
